Boutique hotels are small design driven hotels that have between 10 and 100 rooms. A boutique hotel usually takes into consideration the background of the building and the history of the place in order to deliver a unique and luxurious experience.

The Hawkins Hotel design aspires towards the high end market by being inspired by its history and background in order to create this eccentric setting. It will have around 50 rooms, 2 restaurants, a cafe, a pub and a shopping gallery which will all contribute to the unique experience of the guests.
